Each one of our Ultra Shock competition-style wrestling mats are manufactured in our facility.  Our foam is made in America exactly to our specifications, giving you the safest, most buttery feeling wrestling mat experience. 

The qualities that make our original light weight roll up mats so great are the same great materials and qualities used for the ultra-shock collection – the only difference is the thickness.  Pictured below is a side by side comparison of the 1 3/8″ light weight roll up mat and the slightly thicker 1 5/8″ Ultra Shock mat.

 

 

All of our wrestling mats are perfect for professional or home use. Our roll-up mats have been purchased by numerous schools, after school programs, and government facilities. The Custom Sized 18’ x 18’ Roll-Up Wrestling Mat ships in one box containing three lightweight sections. Each section of the mat rolls out to measure 6’ x 18’ (weighing around 50 lbs each) and when fully constructed creates an 18’ x 18’ exercise space. the mat is constructed of durable cross linked polyethylene foam 1 5/8” thick to provide protective support for high intensity exercises and competitions. The mat is covered in 22 ounce vinyl which is antimicrobial, antifungal and will not support mildew. To clean the mat of physical contaminants, we suggest a non abrasive cleaner.

Clear mat tape is provided with this product to adhere the wrestling mat pieces together.

Mat circle measures 12 feet in diameter for outside circles and 40 inches in diameter for the inner circle.
